Nebraska Cures is partnering to bring you an important Mental Health Policy Convening on October 29, 2024.
Join us for a pivotal convening focused on mental health and substance use policy, where key stakeholders from diverse sectors will come together to shape the future of care and support. This event aims to foster the development of a robust policy coalition committed to advancing mental health and substance use initiatives. Attendees will collaborate to identify and prioritize public policy goals that can drive meaningful change, ensuring that the needs of those affected by these issues are met with compassion, innovation, and effective support.
The day will include a presentation from Rural Policy Partners that will showcase policy in other states. The event will also launch a new effort to map Nebraska’s continuum of care so that in the long run, we can target policy in the most needed areas.
