Nebraska Cures is excited to announce our 2024 Health Symposium for Policymakers will be held September 26th from 9am to noon at the UNO Barb Weitz Community Engagement Center. All policymakers and their staff are welcome. To register, please email amanda@nebraskacures.com.
The symposium focuses on an array of health issues and is designed to educate policymakers on the latest medical research and public health priorities. This year’s symposium will focus on the impact of the environment on health, the state’s $15 million investment into biomedical research from the Health Care Cash Fund, and the brain science of addiction.
